（中央社記者曹宇帆舊金山12日專電）台北市長柯文哲今天表示，民主進步黨取得立法院過半席次，「不當黨產處理條例」該通過就通過，該怎麼處理就處理，雖然大眾對黨產有很多意見，絕大多數仍希望依法解決。
柯文哲訪問姐妹市舊金山，中午與僑界餐敘並發表演說，他答覆台僑提問時表示，最近市府要處理的雙子星案裡面也有黨產，因此國民黨黨產該怎麼處理，最好透過立法。
柯文哲表示，黨產最大問題是對台灣選舉所造成的影響，「我看把黨產消滅了，國民黨很難再起來了，所以能夠處理就好」。
柯文哲隨後參觀愛加倍牙醫巡迴診療車，他答覆記者詢問時又說，過去選舉不公平很大成分來自於黨產，台灣的民調顯示，雖然大家對黨產很有意見，但是多數還是希望透過法律解決。1050313
